At Ascend, we believe real estate markets are entering secular bear territory and as a result, our recommendations emphasize relatively low-risk, structured positions in assets whose financials show early signs of deterioration. We also use our internal CPA’s forensic capabilities to identify assets that are the most profitable opportunities.
